The story of our success

2002

Saxenhuber Förder & Lagertechnik KEG was founded in 2002 by Harald Saxenhuber in the Techcenter Linz. Initially, the company offered planning support for general contractors and the sale of conveyor systems and logistics components on a commission basis.

2003

First employees were hired.

2004

In 2004, the company began in-house construction of special machinery and rented a workshop in Neumarkt to carry out pre-assemblies and customer acceptances.

2005

Saxenhuber KEG was renamed Saxenhuber Förder & Lagertechnik GmbH. To take over the manufacturing and assembly of logistics components and systems itself, investments were made in CAD workstations, as well as designers and mechanics.

2007

Office relocation to 4212 Neumarkt

2010

The first proprietary pallet magazine “SaxMaxX” was developed and established on the market in 2011.

2017

Workshop relocation to 4292 Kefermarkt, production hall with 580 m2

2021

Consolidation of office & workshop in 4292 Kefermarkt

New office building with 400m2

Workshop hall expansion by 170m2 to 750m2

2022

General distribution of MODULA (Italy) brand storage lifts was taken over for Austria

Now

The company has now grown to 20 employees and, in addition to customer-specific conveyor systems and system components, also produces logistics components, which are subsequently distributed throughout Europe via sales partners.
